Purple coneflower in the prairieIntroduction

The Texas Prairie Coalition (TPC) is a group of private and public organizations and individuals actively involved or interested in native prairie conservation, restoration, and/or education in Texas.

The TPC is a forum to communicate and cooperate with each other to increase our overall effectiveness in helping our native grasslands, native plant communities, grassland birds, and other prairie wildlife of Texas.

Why?

Multiple organizations, groups, and individuals are actively involved or interested in native prairie conservation, restoration, and/or education in Texas.

The Texas Prairie Coalition is a forum for these groups to communicate and cooperate with each other to increase our overall effectiveness in helping the prairies of Texas.

The native prairies of Texas and their plants and wildlife need our help. Together we can make a even greater difference.
